Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Lemonhead Productions handles personal information received through this website and by email.

Who we are
Lemonhead Productions is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions, contact lemonheadmalta@gmail.com.
Information we collect
This website does not currently use a contact form, newsletter sign-up, advertising tracker or embedded social-media feed. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, audition or class details, performance experience, and any attachments.
The company hosting this website may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, manage audition and class applications, administer productions, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in operating Lemonhead Productions, consent where requested, or compliance with law.
Auditions, classes and children
Information submitted for an audition or class is used only to assess the enquiry, communicate about participation and administer the relevant activity. Where a participant is under 18, we may request parent or guardian contact details and consent where appropriate.
How long we keep information
General enquiries and unsuccessful audition or class applications are normally kept only as long as needed and for no more than two years, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to manage an ongoing relationship. Production records and contracts may be retained longer for legal, accounting or archival purposes.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers, production partners, professional advisers or public authorities where necessary. Some technology providers may process data outside Malta or the European Economic Area; where this occurs, appropriate legal safeguards should apply.
Cookies and external links
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting service may use strictly necessary technology to operate and secure the site. Links that open your email service or take you to another website are governed by the privacy practices of those services.
Photographs
The production archive includes photographs documenting Lemonhead’s artistic history. If you appear in an image and have a privacy or rights concern, email us with the page and image so that we can review the request.
Your rights
Under data-protection law you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website and our activities change. The current version will always appear on this page.
